What is FleetPro?

FleetPro is our online card management tool. Using the web, you can: Log on to view real-time transactional data and authorizations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; cancel or update cards; change PINS or billing addresses; and see custom reporting.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

Please phone our Commercial Account Customer Service Representatives at 604.668.5386 or 1.800.331.7353 and immediately notify them of lost or stolen cards and provide them with your account name and number. Our representatives are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST; after hours, holidays and weekends, please leave a message and you will not be responsible for theft of your card from the time it is reported. Alternatively, go online at FleetPro.

For your security, we recommend keeping your 4-digit PIN in a separate location from your Cardlock card.

How do I manage my card; change restrictions, order new cards, card issues, etc.?

Go online to FleetPro.

Can my card be used at Chevron retail service stations?

No, at this time, you can use your card at Chevron Cardlock facilities in Canada and CFN facilities in Western Canada. Our Chevron Business Card is designed for use at Chevron retail service stations.
